Why shop at the Mini Mode Emporium?

Mini Mode selects diverse, global and eclectic childrenswear designers, both emerging and established which showcase on the runway at our fashion shows twice a year. The Mini Mode Emporium is an extension of this platform, an opportunity for families to shop the brands that they have fallen in love with at the show.

Brands will showcase a selection of pieces including those that were on the catwalk, including older pieces from previous seasons.

Our Privacy Policy can be found here. Our privacy policy supplements these terms and conditions and by using our website, you will be deemed to have read and accepted our privacy policy.

Shipping

Our brands will send their products directly so if you’ve ordered from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each. Each brand has their own individual shipping cost as it will be shipped from the brand itsel, so you will be charged according to the brands shipping cost and this will be displayed at checkout. Our brands are also located across the world, so will be delivered from the country that the brand is from to you. Please check the import tax from their country to yours before making a purchase. For more information, please contact us before making the purchase to make sure.

How to Return?

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 21 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).

As we work as an agent for our brands, you will be returning the products directly to the brand. Please contact us at minimode2019@gmail.com to start the return process within the 21 day time frame. If you do not contact us within the 21 days, you will not be able to return the product.

You will use the returns address label included in your order. Please check the information provided by the individual brand regarding the returns process.

Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers). If an item is not in perfect, unused condition, it cannot be returned.

Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.

Delivery charges are not refundable and you will need to pay delivery charges?

I’ve sent back my item. What happens next?

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited.

We will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged).

Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

For orders paid with Bank Transfer, we are only able to offer a product exchange or refund in store credit for that Brand.

Mini Mode has been designed to make your shopping experience as safe and enjoyable as possible.

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use the Mini Mode website and services. We wish to draw your attention to our terms of purchase and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

If you are under 16 you must let your parent or guardian know about Mini Mode’s Privacy Policy before you use this website or any of its services. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18. If you have any questions regarding our products or services, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we welcome any questions, comments and suggestions about our products and services. The best way to contact us is through the Contact Us’ section in our website.

If you have not received a reply from us there could be a few reasons why:
– Your email address may have been entered incorrectly.
– Your email was lost and hasn’t come through.
– Our reply has been blocked by your spam filter and it has been sent to your junk folder.

If you do not receive a reply within 3 working days please contact us again, ideally from another email address, or by a different method.

‘We’ or ‘Us’ means Mini Mode. ‘You’ means the person whose order is accepted by Mini Mode. The ‘Recipient’ means the person who receives the purchase bought through www.minimode-emporium.com.

2. Prices and Content

Mini Mode takes the utmost care to ensure prices and the content of this website, including product descriptions, photographs and ingredients, are accurate and correct at the time of publishing. All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and exclude post and package charges. Prices may change over time. Mini Mode will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on this website. In the event of an error or other content related issue, Mini Mode reserves the right to correct such error without notification. Mini Mode also reserves the right to cancel any order that may have been made under the pretense of such error. All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. VAT is not charged on childrens clothing.

All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and if or when they will be available again.

3. Products and Availability
Mini Mode acts as an agent and as such you’ll be purchasing products directly from authorised distributors or brands from a variety of countries providing you with an extra guarantee of quality and assurance.

 

Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We may also at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per address or per order. When availability of any product is restricted for any reason, a full refund will be provided for the items cancelled.

4. Payment
You can pay your purchases by PayPal or credit/debit card. Select the appropriate payment method when placing your order. If any of these payment methods are unsuitable, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss other payment options.

We accept payment by Visa through Paypal and Stripe. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Mini Mode, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk of the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Order Confirmation & Dispatch Confirmation
Once you place an order with us, we will send you an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and we are processing it. We may refuse to accept a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion without any liability.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between us will happen when we email you a Dispatch Confirmation stating the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in England and the language of the contract is English.

– Your confirmation email has been blocked by your spam filter and it has been sent to your junk folder.

  1. Cancellations and Returns

We are not able to stop processed orders from dispatch, even if you send us notice of cancellation before receiving your Dispatch Confirmation. For further details of how to return merchandise, please see our Returns section.

We will do our best to deliver goods promptly, however, we cannot accept liability for delay in delivery for any cause. See our Delivery information for more details.

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

10. Intellectual property (what’s our intellectual property rights?)
The trade marks, logos and service marks (‘intellectual property’) displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of Mini Mode, our affiliates, our licensors and/or our and are protected by UK and international trade mark laws. Except in connection with placing an order for merchandise or as required by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property or that of our suppliers without our or their prior written consent.

11. Complaints
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

12. Statutory rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Customer or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

14. Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.

15. Law 

Any dispute to be governed by English Law.

Mini Mode makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable.

Mini Mode is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.

WRONG ADDDRESS / CORRECTIONS

We are not able to make address changes or corrections to orders once placed. If the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for the lost of your order. In the case your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

CANCELLATIONS

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send your notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to Mini Mode in their original, unopened and unused condition. This does not apply to Special Offers or items that are listed as non-returnable for reasons of hygiene. Please note that credit card charges are not refunded.

, quoting your full name and order number. You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point, we can NOT guarantee we will be able to stop your order being dispatched even if you email immediately after placing your order. If your order has already been processed when we receive your Notice of Cancellation, you will need to return your order following our Mini Mode Returns process. Your statutory rights are not affected.
