Mini Mode selects diverse, global and eclectic childrenswear designers, both emerging and established which showcase on the runway at our fashion shows twice a year. The Mini Mode Emporium is an extension of this platform, an opportunity for families to shop the brands that they have fallen in love with at the show.

Our brands will send their products directly so if you’ve ordered from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each. Each brand has their own individual shipping cost as it will be shipped from the brand itself, so you will be charged according to the brands shipping cost and this will be displayed at checkout. Our brands are also located across the world, so will be delivered from the country that the brand is from to you. Please check the import tax from their country to yours before making a purchase. For more information, please contact us before making the purchase to make sure.

Shipping Policy

For UK Royal Mail 1st Class charged – not tracked Akwa Baby cannot accept responsibility for any deliveries sent by Royal Mail 1st class that are not tracked ROTW shipping is tracked and signed for. Duty, VAT and Brexit Import duty and VAT charges may apply for deliveries outside of the United Kingdom of which we have no control over and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ from country to country.

Akwa Baby does not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK. COVID-19 Royal Mail are working hard to ensure timely deliveries but are experiencing a large increase of all parcels so sometimes packages can take a little longer.

As can some international customs clearance. For more info head to: www.royalmail.com/coronavirus Please note: We will post to the delivery address. It is your responsibility to get this correct including zip/postcode. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

Return Policy

Returning an item

You have 21 days from receiving your order to return it to us if it isn’t quite right, providing it’s in a resaleable condition with original tags attached. To organise a return please email info@akwababy.com and minimode2017@gmail.com and let us know your order number and reason for return.

Please send them to the address below via Royal Mail and a obtain proof of postage: Akwa Baby Returns 17 Furzedown Drive, London, SW17 9BL If approved, your refund (if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

Faulty Items

Customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods up to 30 days after purchasing. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused to due customer negligence or not following the garment care instructions will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered. To organise a refund on a faulty item please email info@akwababy.com and let us know your order number and information on the fault. Please send them to the address below via Royal Mail and a obtain proof of postage:

Shipping Policy

UK: – Free standard shipping delivered via Royal Mail second class postage 2-4 working days

Europe: – £6 flat rate for all orders within Europe using Royal Mail 4-5 working days

North America: – £10 flat rate for all orders within United States, Canada and Mexico using Royal Mail 1-2 weeks

Terms of Delivery

Delivery will only be made if someone if home to acknowledge receipt, otherwise a notification will be left with instruction of how to schedule an alternative time for drop off.

Return Policy

We understand that from time to time, a product mightn’t be the right size or exactly what you wanted. If you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to provide you with either a replacement item or a credit to your account. If this should arise, you’ll need you to return the unworn/unused item to us within 7 days of receipt with all original packaging and tags intact. Simply pop it back to us at Hunter + Boo, Beldornie Tower, Augusta Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight, PO333AU by registered or recorded post. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, follow the same instructions as above and we’ll either replace it or refund the cost (including return shipping).

Shipping Policy

The delivery charges amount $4 within Germany (on orders below $60), $5 within EU (Orders below $200 Euro), priority shipment within EU $10 and $15 within other countries for standard shipping($20 for priority shipping).

We are shipping worldwide.

Return Policy

Customer can return unused goods in the same condition that they received it within 28 days. It must also be in the original packaging. The returns within Germany are free. The customer is responsible for paying for international returns.

Domestic parcels will ship with Royal Mail, with a tracked and signed for service. International parcels under 2kg will ship with Royal Mail on an International tracked and signed for service, for parcels over 2kg they will ship with UPS on a UPS express service (tracked and signed for)

Return Policy

All sale are final, this does not affect your statutory rights, if there is a problem with your item please inform us with 5 days of receiving your order, we will endeavour to resolve the situation. In the event of a return, shipping cannot be refunded and items must be returned in an unused, original condition. Please check with us regarding any sizing questions prior to ordering, refunds will not be made if the wrong size was ordered. Iris Rose are not liable for any customs charges that may occur in your country of residence, if you have any questions regarding customs please do not hesitate to contact us. Once items have left our care we are no longer liable for additional shipping times which may occur due to and not limited to the following; natural disasters, weather, air stikes, holds in customs, catastrophic circumstances. All of our items meet requirements by UK law and CPSC safety requirements.

This is a couture brand and are not returnable after trying on so please make sure to check that you get the correct size  before purchasing. Please reach out to Mini Mode with any queries and you can also consult the size chart to make sure you select the right size.

Each item will include a safety belt on the garment and once this is removed, the item cannot be returned.

The Bow Kids ships to the UK and can work at a per-product shipping basis for other countries. If you’re interested in an item – please email us at minimode2017@gmail.com with the item you’re interested in and where you’re from for a bespoke shipping cost.

Rest of World Shipping: 5-15 business days*

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will therefore accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. We will not be liable for return shipping costs.

Please ensure you have your return item tracked. We will not be liable for lost parcels.

Please ensure to wrap the return item well to prevent damage occurring in transit. We will not be liable for return items damaged during transit.

A refund or exchange may not be offered if items are damaged in transit due to insufficient wrapping. Should damage occur to the packaging only, you will incur a $5.00 AUD fee which will be deducted from any refund.

Warranty

We do not cover normal wear and tear.

Despite our strict quality controls, manufacturer defects can happen. Therefore, we ask that you please inspect the items immediately upon receiving your order.

We will happily replace any items due to a manufacturer defect within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that there are delays in shipping because of COVID-19 right now.

We ship worldwide with Latvian Post. All our international orders have a tracking number

Some of our garments are already in stock while some are made specially for you. Order fulfillment usually takes up to 1 week but in some cases – up to 10 working days.

Feel free to contact us with any questions! We always try to find the best solution and try to meet shorter deadlines if it is important.

Shipping time in EU usually takes 7-14 working days.

Shipping outside of EU can take up to 14-30 working days, delays may occur due to customs formalities, for which we are not responsible.

Customer takes full responsibility for all customs formalities and payment of customs duties.

In Latvia

Omniva

We use Omniva pick-up points (parcel machines). It is one of the fastest ways to receive your order, it usually takes 1-2 days and you can choose the parcel machine where to receive your order.

Latvian Post

We send using Latvian Post. It usually takes up to 7 days and you can receive your order in the nearest post Office.

Return & Exchange Policy

We cherish all our customers and want them to be happy with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

​Exchange and returns are organized according to Consumer Rights Protection Law​.

Exchange

If you have purchased the wrong size you can change it to the size you need (if we have it in stock). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You can always return our goods at our showroom on Antonijas Street 26 during working hours (Monday till Friday 10am-5pm). Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Shipping

This collection is for children with Achondroplasia. When choosing your sizes, please go by the height of your child.  All She’s Fierce sizes are prefixed with SF. The range is as follows

SF 8-9 years – 105-108 cm

SF 10-11 years 112 – 155 cm

SF 12-13 years – 117 – 120cm

SF 14-15 years – 123 – 126 cm

This collection is bespoke and for the initial launch we will be making the pieces to order in England. When your order comes through, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. This will improve as demand increases, but we wanted to be able to offer this immediately for you. If you want your local department stores to offer this collection, ask them to contact us. We have to demand inclusion collectively. We really hope you LOVE these pieces as much as Cara does! ❤️

Returns

She’s Fierce is made to order therefore if you are not sure about potential sizing and fit, please email us to discuss potential concerns so that we can advise of best options before we make your selection. This will help to ensure your satisfaction and reduce our carbon footprint. Win win all round.

We are happy to refund or exchange any items within 21 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).

As we work as an agent for our brands, you will be returning the products directly to the brand. Please contact us at minimode2019@gmail.com to start the return process within the 21 day time frame. If you do not contact us within the 21 days, you will not be able to return the product.

You will use the returns address label included in your order. Please check the information provided by the individual brand regarding the returns process.

Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers). If an item is not in perfect, unused condition, it cannot be returned.

Delivery charges are not refundable and returns are funded by the consumer.

We ship worldwide with Royal Mail.

UK DELIVERIES:

All UK deliveries are shipped within 2 working days unless exception and tracked 48H. You will be sent a tracking number by email.

All UK parcels will include a free return label, and in case you need to exchange or a refund, please notify us at katheline@vandalkidswear.com and we will personally deal with your request.

Delivery cost: £3.99

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

EUROPE: £10 Tracked delivery 5-7 working days

REST OF THE WORLD: £15 Tracked delivery 7-9 working days (please note that some countries operate a stricter policy with Covid than others resulting in longer leadtimes)

Please note that orders shipped outside the UK (and this now includes EU since the 31st of December 2020) might be subject to VAT, customs taxes and/or duties.

This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods.

If any applicable taxes/duties are not paid, and/or you (the customer) refuse or are unable to accept delivery causing the goods to be returned to us, then you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you.

Our advices:

– Check if your country charges VAT on children’s wear. If not, you will not have to pay VAT.

– Check the minimum import value that will require duty to be paid on imported goods. A few countries have an allowance.

– As we cannot include a free return label on international deliveries, check our sizing guide and use the chat or email katheline@vandalkidswear.com to ask questions about fit if you have a doubt before ordering.
